After 2 monthes missile barrage Crime continues with blockade on Camp Liberty
After 2 months past the deadly missile attack on Camp Liberty, the
Committee tasked to suppress Camp Liberty residents continues to
blockade the entry of residents' basic needs for minimum repair work.
Agents of this committee returned some items bought by residents to
repair of damaged trailers of missile attack such as nylon, wood glue,
silicone sealant for waterproofing the roofs of trailers, metal cut-off
wheels, and welding electrodes. These suppressive measures are flagrant violations of the Memorandum of
Understanding signed between TSUNAMI and the Government of Iraq on
December 25, 2011, as well as egregious violations of human rights and
humanitarian standards and many international covenants. The Iranian Resistance the committees of the international community regarding the
security and wellbeing of Camp Liberty and calls on the U.S. government,
the European Union, and the United Nations to take urgent action to
lift the seige on Camp Liberty.
