Iran - dire condition of 4 prisoners on hunger strike

NCRI - On the 6th day of the hunger strike of the political prisoners, Farid Azmodeh, Alireza Farahani, Behzad Tarahomi and Iraj Hatami, in Gohardasht (Rajai-Shahr) Prison in Karaj, north-west of Tehran, their conditions are deteriorating. They are on hunger strike to protest a miscalculation of their detention period and violation of the principle of separation of crimes. Iran's senior missile experts is among the hunger strikers who refused to cooperate with Iranian regime for facilitate production of weapons of mass destruction. They explained their objection in a short letter: We Disappointed from enjoying our legal rights and of  human rights organizations, went on hunger strike because its the last resort. In the hope that one day we get their rights.

Iran - Three prisoners died under torture in a prison in Zahedan

NCRI - According to Received repirts, torture by Iran's fundamentalist regime has led to the death of three prisoners in prisoner in Zahedan, southeastern Iran, over three consecutive days this week. The Three prisoners in Wards, 5, 6, and 7 of the central prison of Zahedan died due brutal tortures and denial of medical treatment. Farzad Naravi, who was in his forties, lost his life on Sunday, December 27, he had been brutally tortured. He had serious torture wounds and blood on his back and feet. In prison, he was denied access to medical care.

NCRI - The Iranian regime's Supreme Leader has acknowledged that the 2009 nationwide uprising promoted by PMOI or MEK the main Iranian Opposition group . He said, the 2009 sedition was a sort of augmented of the riots of the 1999, that was student-led uprising. If you look at the slogans, the end of the 2009 election, they chanted ‘Death to the principle of velayat-e faqih (absolute clerical rule)’ and they called for an ‘Iranian Republic’ [in place of the Islamic Republic]”, nothing to do with the election. “It is interesting that when pictures of the PMOI base in Camp Ashraf were published, the main slogan that they had written in large letters on their parade ground was that same slogan of ‘Death to the principle of velayat-e faqih’,” Anbarloui said.

America preparing a new impending sanctions against the Iranian regime

NCRI - According to the report by Wall Street Journal, America's government is preparing a new impending sanctions against a dozen companies and individuals in Iran, Hong Kong and the United Arabic Emirates for violating international sanctions imposed on the Iranian regime. Wall Street writes the sanctions is for Iran's missile program.The Iranian regime has test-fired two ballistic missiles since the July agreement, one in October and a second in November, according to U.S. officials. About 12 companies and individuals in this regard will be sanctioned, for their alleged role in developing Iran’s ballistic-missile program,” the report said.

Iran - Journalists behind bars: 2015 report

NCRI - According to the report published by 'Reporters Without Borders' about Violence Against Journalists in Iran is the world's third biggest prison for journalists, on Tuesday. The report said: At least 18 journalists are confirmed to be detention in Iran. This report wrote about Narges Mohammadi, political prisoners as a journalists, that she had been summoned on July 4,2015 (13 Tir 1394), on charges of "assembly and collaboration against the national security",  "propaganda against the system" and participate in campaigns such as the "death penalty abolition" to be tried. That report added that in Iran under the mullahs' rule "the judicial system is controlled by the Supreme Leader and is manipulated by the Revolutionary Guards in order to gag reporting critical of the regime."

Iranian regime firing rockets near the U.S warships in Gult

A U.S. military spokesman said on Wednesday ,launched rockets near the U.S. aircraft-carrier Harry S. Truman and other warships as they only brief notice in a "highly provocative" act. NBC agency in the first news reported the rocket tests, were conducting a live-fire exercise by Iranian regime, and the Turman was within about 1,500 yards of a rocket.
The Iranian regime's "actions were highly provocative," Raines said. "Firing weapons so close to passing coalition ships and commercial traffic within an internationally recognized maritime traffic lane is unsafe, unprofessional and inconsistent with international maritime law."

After 2 monthes missile barrage Crime continues with blockade on Camp Liberty



After 2 months past the deadly missile attack on Camp Liberty, the Committee tasked to suppress Camp Liberty residents continues to blockade the entry of residents' basic needs for minimum repair work. Agents of this committee returned some items bought by residents to repair of damaged trailers of missile attack such as nylon, wood glue, silicone sealant for waterproofing the roofs of trailers, metal cut-off wheels, and welding electrodes. These suppressive measures are flagrant violations of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between TSUNAMI and the Government of Iraq on December 25, 2011, as well as egregious violations of human rights and humanitarian standards and many international covenants. The Iranian Resistance the committees of the international community regarding the security and wellbeing of Camp Liberty and calls on the U.S. government, the European Union, and the United Nations to take urgent action to lift the seige on Camp Liberty.

Iran - Protesters denounce corruption in Iran outside judiciary

NCRI - According to the reports published of inside Iran a group of victims of the Padideh Shandiz investment scam in Iran  on Sunday, outside the Iranian regime's judiciary in Tehran  protested and chanted slogans against corruption and embezzlement by the mullahs' regime.
The protesters carried signs reading: "End the root of oppression. How much longer must our rights be destroyed?"
The protesters chanted slogans against the government of mullah Hassan Rouhani, the fundamentalist judiciary and the regime's Ministry of Economy.

Iran - IRGC appointed new commander in Syria

NCRIx - According to reports from inside of Iran's regime after the death of General Hossein Hamadani, commander of the Iranian regime's forces in Syria, and injury to commander of the IRGC Quds Force (QF) Qassem Soleimani, Khamenei in fear of overthrow Assad appointed a new Iranian commander in Syria. 
After the death Hossein Hamedani commander of the Iranian regime’s forces in Syria, Mohammad Jafar Assadi, was replaced him. He is  one of the oldest Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps commander. Mohammad Jafar Assadi, joined the IRGC in March 1980 and was one of the commanders of the anti-patriotic war with Iraq. He was commander of the IRGC in Lebanon from 2003 to 2007 and then commander of the IRGC Ground Forces from 2008 to 2009. In October 2015 he was appointed commander of Imam Hossein Base that is responsible for organizing ‘Imam Hossein’ battalions that are tasked with domestic suppression. But very shortly afterwards he was transferred to Syria and IRGC Brigadier General Gholamhossein Gheibparvar replaced him as the commander of Imam Hossein Base.

NCRI - Iran's fundamentalism regime hanged three man in a prison in Khorramabad, western Iran. They had been transferred to solitary confinement on Friday. They were hanged at dawn in Parsiloun Prison. All three had been accused of drugs related charges. The three men were identified as Behrouz Amiri, Rahman Kazemzadeh and Ali Hassanvand.
The mullahs’ regime on Thursday hanged a group of eight prisoners collectively in the central prison in Qazvin, northern Iran. These executions are doing at the time that, recently the mullahs' regime was condemned for 62th by the United Nations because human rights violations.
