The lifting of sanctions should be a precondition of human rights in Iran. According to reported by ISJ on November 20, 2014, the Iranian regime has done utmost to mislead the international community. The report found: "two systems have been fully functional during the whole period of the study. A civilan system includes Iran's Atomic Energy Organiaztion and universities, while a military system constitues the secret aspect of this program. The Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, former President Rafsanjani and President Rouhani are equally involved in efforts to mislead the world. But disclosure of Iran’s nuclear projects in August 2002 by the opposition PMOI/MEK inside Iran and the political coalition NCRI, the Iranian regime would have undoubtedly far more surprised us in acquiring the nuclear bomb than the North Koreans. Iran should be held accountable by the UN Security Council for its abhorring and systematic violation of human rghits and its malign influence in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen.  Any improvement of relations with this regime should be preconditioned on the improvement of human rights and situation of women and a complete withdrawal of its forces and militias from the countries in the region.

Iran - condemned Execution under retribution in fundamentalist regim

NCRI - In the past two weeks more than 50 prisoners were hanged by fundamentalist regime and 10 prisoners has executed within a two-day period. 6 of executions were sentenced to death under the mullah's reactionary law of "Qisas" (retribution law). United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon stressed in his report of September 2015 that death sentences in Iran against alleged drug traffickers constitute a violation of the International Convention on Civil Rights and policies.
In the recently months execution has been done more than before under Hassan Rouhani presidency, ecpecially after the UN General Assembly adopts 62nd resolution censuring rights abuses in Iran, Following that, the Iranian Resistance's President-elect Maryam Rajavi called on the UN Security Council to hold the leaders of the clerical regime accountable and prosecute them for crimes against humanity. She underlined that this is a necessary step towards respecting the international community's vote that condemned the systematic and flagrant violations of human rights in Iran.
